The 1970 Postal Workers Strike

Rev. Priestess Donna Tara Lee has been an activist since the age of 16, or 1964. In Tara's 50 years of Activism she has been involved in the civil rights movement, anti war protests, the labor movement, women's liberation even before she became a women, the united farm workers movement ( Cesar Chavez and boycotting grapes ) no nukes and LGBT liberation, specifically the T. part. Tara will be speaking on her role and the overall action of the 1970 Postal Workers Strike, where in her local she was a leading figure in the most successful wildcat strike in the history of the United States.
